Refund Policy

Every memo includes one free revision. If after the revision you’re still unsatisfied, request a full refund within 7 days of original delivery and we’ll process it within 10 business days.
1. The promise
Every Memodesk memo comes with:
- One free revision — no questions asked, no extra cost
- A 7-day refund window — if the revision still misses, request a full refund within 7 calendar days of original delivery
2. How revisions work
To request a revision, reply to the delivery email or comment directly on the Notion delivery page within 14 days of original delivery. Tell us specifically what missed — wrong scope, missing analysis, factual errors, or a different angle you needed. We will return a revised memo within 24 hours.
The revised memo is delivered as an updated Notion page and refreshed PDF so you can see exactly what changed.
3. How refunds work
If, after receiving the revision, you remain unsatisfied:
- Email hello@memodesk.co within 7 calendar days of original delivery
- Briefly describe why the memo did not meet your needs (this helps us improve, but is not required to receive the refund)
- We process the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days
Stripe typically returns the funds to your card or bank account within 5–10 business days after we process the refund. End-to-end timing is usually under three weeks.
4. What is and isn’t refundable
Refundable
- Any memo where the delivered work, after one revision, does not meet the scope described on memodesk.co at time of purchase
- Any memo where we missed the agreed delivery deadline by more than 24 hours without prior notice
- Any order we cancel before delivery (full refund, no questions)
Not refundable
- Memos where you requested no revision and the 7-day refund window has passed
- Memos where you confirmed satisfaction in writing and accepted delivery
- Refund requests made more than 7 days after original delivery
- Requests based on the memo’s conclusions being inconvenient — we deliver honest analysis even when it disagrees with the buyer’s hypothesis
5. Partial refunds
We do not issue partial refunds. If a memo doesn’t work, we revise it or refund it in full.
